I'm not a blogger but I do have 25 years of experience in education with nearly 20 of these being in senior leadership across two large inner City schools! So as you would expect, I have opinions and experiences ... some strong and some less so! I've learned so much from others over the years and continue to do so! So now, as we approach a new political landscape , I feel it's the right time to perhaps share some of my opinions and experiences in the form of the blog! Scary!

A little about me: 

Harry Kutty is the Headteacher of Cantell School in Southampton, a large comprehensive school that represents the diversity of its vibrant local community. In March 2024, Cantell was judged 'Outstanding' in all areas.

He is the Co-Trust Leader of the Aspire Community Trust, a group of 9 schools that work together to shape the life chances of 3000 children aged between 4-16.

Harry also holds several non-executive roles focussed on communities, levelling up and addressing the skills defect including with Hampshire Cricket, EBP South, Solent LEP,  Sport England and the University of Southampton.
